Today marks 1 year since the closure of our store on Talcottville Road in Vernon, CT. There were so many people that helped keep Fairytales alive over those 12 months. I just want to thank everybody that kept my head up during the dark times and supporting me and my heart during the high times. My passion for Fairytales is still very much alive 💐The company will be rebranding over the next several months and I am very excited to see Fairytales transform into a new Butterfly ✨🦋 ✨. After a long day,of reminiscing, of times good and bad, I’m happy to say that I’m all right. Nothing in this world is worth letting it bring you down or keep you from shining ✨🌟✨ I’m looking forward to the next 12 months to see fairytales shine even brighter! ☀️ New website launch Coming Soon! 🙌

I was asked to make a few simple designs for this very special ceremony. The bride suggested all white but allowed me to add my artistic suggestions and Fairytale sparkle ✨ to it. These designs were made up of, White Astilbe, White Lisianthus, Pampass Grass, Eucalyptus and other dried materials. The wrist corsages and Boutonnières were simple but elegant for this lovely fall wedding.

Sometimes in life, life isn’t fair. We lose loved ones and it hurts. I have a hard time each time I hear that someone has passed. It could be someone I haven’t seen in years or someone that is an important person to me or someone else. Each time I’m asked to make flowers to celebrate someone’s life, I feel even more connected to that design than any other kind of designing. Last weekend I made two different white floral arrangements for a very special man that was a very important person to a group of wonderful family friends.

William is at peace now. 💙Thank you to everyone that joined on Saturday to remember him and honor him.

These florals were fit for a Queen 👑 and even King Neil 🌹these shots were taken by me and for some reason I enjoy photographing the boutonnières just as much as the bouquets. I take my time and put just as much thoughtfulness into each tiny bouquet for men as I do for the gigantic bouquets for my Brides 💐
