3 New Styles of historical shoes coming soon. 1st is a two tone Edwardian style boot in Brown/Tan and we will also be carrying this boot in Black/Grey. 2nd is a Medieval/Renaissance shoe in black, and lastly is an Edwardian Cut Out Boot in white. We are obsessed with historical footwear and are excited to bring new styles for dolls.

Two new outfits released today in our store inspired by the Barbie movie. First is the Nautical Playsuit inspired by Barbie’s “Flat Feet” scene and second is a play on Ken’s Beach outfit. The movie’s inspiration is said to draw a lot of design inspiration from Palm Springs so it was interesting to find a blue and pink striped print with palms integrated. What do you think?

Just in time for the holidays our Historical Colonial Shoes are now in stock in all 3 colors. First a beautiful Christmas Red, Ivory, and Black. All shoes have elongated toes, plastic bottoms (not cheapy foam) and beautiful buckles. Perfect pairing with all custom historical wear.

I always love when I get asked to duplicate outfits from shows and movies in doll size as it’s my favorite projects to work on. This is my tribute to Downton Abbey, Mary Crawley’s Garden Dress as a set for American Girl. Features hat with flowers, Edwardian striped dress, lace wrist gloves, and glass bead long Pearl necklace. I made a few extra for those that would like to collect this outfit and put it in my Etsy store.

The three new historical shoes for American Girl by Bbeauty Designs have finished production and will be to us in the next week or so. These are so great as stocking stuffers for all you historical collectors. Just added, 1/4 Scale navy crop top with 3/4 sleeves and textured leggings. The wig in this shot will be coming into our stock in December and is called Estella. It will be offered in Golden Blonde and Auburn and fits head sizes 7-8” for 1/4 dolls.

So this is something I’m working on for Christmas time so it’s not quite ready yet, but I felt like we needed some historically based shoes for AG dolls that would go with pretty Christmas prints and so here is a draft. It doesn’t have a typical round toe on it, rather it has a more pointed toe and a gold buckle for a bit of fancy. What do you think, should they be flat or have a heel?
