Unique Catering up early this morning! We are honored to be asked back, to cater the Preschool Readiness staff of Caldwell County Christmas breakfast again. This is our 4th time with this event and the whole staff is always so nice and cheerful!! A fun morning!! Only one more catering event left after this one for 2024!! Unique Catering back at it tonight for an event that is very special to me. My preacher and his wife do a dinner for their kids and spouses. The Tomberlins are my second family. Emily the bride and her sister where students of mine in the Culinary program at Caldwell, and there step dad Barry worked at South when I was there. Unique Catering had the honor to feed the South Caldwell baseball teams, this brought back alot memories of my playing day's there. Plus I got to see coach Parham, he still looks the same and still told the story of my 3 triple game when I played for him, lol, can't believe he remembers that after all the way better ball players he coached. This was truly an honor and GO South!!!!!!! !!
