🍾🎂15 YEARS OLD🍾🎂

2023 marks 15 Years of B&B and this Thanksgiving we are reflecting on everything that we have to be thankful for over the years.

THANK YOU to everyone who has helped us get here, to all our communities for welcoming us with open arms and allowing us to expand way beyond anywhere we envisioned when we started back in 2008!

We sat down with our President, Bobby Greenawalt, and asked him to reflect on the last 15 years, how he feels about being here 15 years later, and how he does it all. This is what he had to say:

“Fifteen years is a long time. The beverage catering industry was in its infancy with some small players and only a few on a large scale. We had a vision to be great, but we knew nothing. Vision alone is nothing without hard work. I’ve learned a lot over the last 15 years, but what resonates the most with me is that I’m wrong more than I’m right, I’m only as strong as my team, I can’t manage every aspect of my company, there are a thousand different ways to talk to each person based on their personality, and relationships are the heartbeat of this company. What I learned are the key points in any business: honesty, team, delegation, communication, and partnerships.

We are in the business of opportunities and solutions, but we didn’t get here without adversity. As a leader in this company, I’m responsible for the livelihood of my team and the obligations we have committed to our customers. The single hardest moment in my career was in 2020 telling my team the effects that Covid would have on the company, issue pay cuts, and start from the bottom all over again. We fought extremely hard and made it out on top. I’m excited to see the growth we have experienced over the last 15 years and the opportunities that continue to roll in.”

We Don’t Serve Teens is a nationwide campaign dedicated to preventing the access of alcohol to those below the legal drinking age.
