We love you, Wyoming, but you can be so. darn. windy.

Our tents are rated to stay up in 90 mph winds and in this video gusts are between 60-70 mph. Well below what a properly installed tent can withstand but certainly not fun for any party-goers.

We can talk to you about the best set-up for your venue to keep everyone safe and happy during those crazy Wyoming winds!

Our Story

Wyoming Tent & Event Supply started in the summer of 2014 - we purchased Laramie-based Brown ‘N Gold Tents’ inventory and worked with their remaining customers through the 2014 season. In 2015 we added a few new tents, tables and chairs to serve Laramie’s small-but-enthusiastic event rental market.

Since then, we’ve gown by leaps and bounds, adding new tents and other rental inventory and expanding our service area significantly each year. Today we serve all of Wyoming, Western Nebraska, Northern Colorado, and even parts of South Dakota. We focus on renting clean, attractive white event tents, a variety of chair & tables style, dance floors for indoor or outdoor use, event lighting, PA systems, inflatable event games & bounce houses, attractive high-quality table linens, and we also provide affordable and reliable event staffing.

One of the best things about outdoor events the Rocky Mountain West is the spectacular scenery. You can basically let nature be your decorator. Because we loved working in these locations so much, we decided in 2016 to dedicate a significant portion of our business’s resources toward specializing in mountain and ranch events. Our furniture is lightweight but sturdy, allowing our crews to transport it easily into hard-to-reach areas. Our new tents & installation equipment are robust enough to endure Wyoming’s 60+ mph winds. Our trucks & transport equipment allow us to cross creeks and traverse rough pasture to get your rentals where YOU want them.

We love helping our customers create unique outdoor event spaces with our large white tent canopies that range from 100 square feet to 5,600 square feet. The tents are excellent for both shade from Wyoming’s bright sun and cover from rain and hail. Add tent walls and a heater and they help make spring & fall outdoor events more comfortable for you and your guests.
