NFL road trippers, let me highly recommend the stay-by-the-stadium experience - quite common at Lambeau, very doable in other NFL cities.

My crew did this in over the weekend - not the bougie part of Charm City yet it had these advantages:

🏈 Pregame flexibility: ‘Homegate’ then walk to bars or parking lot tailgates on our own schedule.

🏈 Meet-up spot: Fans we knew who parked on our side of the stadium easily found us.

🏈 Postgame ease: We were back, starting our post-game fun, while most fans sat in traffic.

Since then, I’ve been hooked on the pro football game day experience: Arriving early; pre-game fan optimism and energy; a ritualistic walk to the awaiting building; the game itself - in the seats, with fellow fans; and post-game celebration or co-miseration in the parking lot. I could do it every week.
