Hello friends! It's been a while since we were out and about. Life ebbed and flowed and the truck stayed parked. Often when I make something at home I think I'd like to try it on the truck. So the interest in feeding people and using local ingredients is still with me. :)

If you have any recommendations on catering jobs of 30 people or less and places/events we should try this year in Cass, Howard or Miami Counties, please chime in!

Thanks to today's "Meet-Your-Farmer" Chris Arrick for working the truck and for providing the chicken for the chicken pot pie! Contact Chris for locally raised chicken and ready-to-bake home-cooked meals from his small business The Country Hen.

Thanks to Joe Scheidler for the great bread from Slow Dough Breadworks. The touch of rye was perfect!

Our Story

We started this adventure in 2016 as a way to combine our talents and interests in local food. The idea was born from a hopeless feeling that there really wasn't much we could do to have an impact on helping people and the planet.

We realized that we could think big in a small area. By just focusing on north central Indiana, we set out to serve from-scratch food and educate people about the economic and environmental impact of local food.

This is our way of doing something positive for the next generation.
