20 years, 2 whole decades of doing what I absolutely love! Assisting brides with bringing their wedding day dreams to life, being a part of my clients’ significant milestones, and creating incredible bonds with wonderful people! It seems like it was just yesterday that I opened my flower shop on Lisbon St, and now here I am, living out my dreams & goals, working from home with a flexible schedule, and being intentional with the designs I take on. Because, let’s be honest, a design that can be carefully thought out with love & passion is much better than feeling rushed to put together a last-minute order. I know that my upcoming retirement might not look typical to most, but in the meantime, I’ll continue being intentional with the brides I work with, the special occasion pre-orders I take on, and the wine & design events that I put together (if you think my past wine & design events were fun, you wait)! If you know me, it’s not an easy feat to have a clean break from doing what I love; I must keep my hands in the flowers.

Dear friends, clients, and fellow floral enthusiasts,

After much reflection and consideration, I wanted to share news that marks a significant turning point in my career. With gratitude and excitement for the future, after the ‘24 wedding season, I am retiring from everyday floristry. It has been an incredible 20-year journey filled with unforgettable moments, unique creations, and countless connections. As I prepare to take this next step, I am grateful for the unwavering support I’ve been shown throughout the years.

To my beloved clients, thank you for entrusting me with your special moments, whether weddings, holidays, or milestones. Your trust in my abilities and your appreciation for my floral designs have been the driving force behind my passion. It has been an absolute honor to be a part of your celebrations, dreams, and expressions of love.

To my friends and family, you have been my rock through every bloom-filled chapter of this adventure. Your unwavering support, encouragement, and love have been the foundation on which I built my success; you are my source of strength and my biggest cheerleaders. I cannot express how grateful I am for each of you.

While this retirement marks the end of my everyday floristry work, if you know me, I can’t fully release my passion! I plan to still be available for special occasions that deserve a touch of floral magnificence. However, to ensure that I can provide the utmost care and attention to these occasions, I kindly request a 48-hour notice to connect with my trusted wholesalers and source the most exquisite blooms for you. Please note that the minimum order will be $100.

To all my Wine & Designers, fear not! I have found immense joy in teaching these classes and cannot give them up just yet. Throughout the year, I will continue to share the magic of floral design in our beloved wine-sipping gatherings.

Lastly, to all aspiring floral enthusiasts who are taking their first steps into this enchanting world, I am here as your mentor. I am well-versed in all things related to plants and flowers, and I would be delighted to offer guidance and share my knowledge with you. Never hesitate to reach out; I'm here to support your journey toward creating stunning floral experiences.

Last night was absolutely purrrr-fect! 🐈‍⬛🐾 We're so glad to have found a new, unique spot to hold a Wine & Design.
