For those of you who might have missed it yesterday, we will only be open Wednesday from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. at the Watertown Fairgrounds lacrosse games which are open to the public to come and get food

We have five caterings this week feeding over 800 people and it takes a lot of prep work in the kitchen but I think it actually might be cooler serving outdoors all week then in the oven AKA kitchen 🤣

Thank you for your patience and understanding and we'll see you back to the full-time schedule on the streets next week!

Catering to Jefferson County, St Lawrence County and Lewis County and beyond hit us up for a quote!

When I started this business 6 years ago I studied everything and learned as much as possible before opening and continue to learn to this day as should any smart business owner, have that willingness to learn and get better

I put "and catering" after the business name because I figured hey why not offer the service if people want us to bring our menu directly to them.

Over the years our catering business has grown, the first few years slow but steadily.

We are now at the point to where we have become full-line caters and it is a huge majority of our business now, offering just about everything and anything you can think of and catering just about any type of event as well.

Our prices are fair, food excellent and VIP service, we do not get into super fancy but we also don't charge super fancy prices either so if you want great food, fair prices with excellent service look no further.

In a 5-week span that started a couple weeks ago and have a few more weeks to go we have 22 caterings! Needless to say we have multiple trailers and a big staff so can do outdoors, indoors or a variety of both.

A big increase for us has been the addition of smoking our own meats which we are doing several barbecue themed caterings now.

We still have a few prime weekend spots available between now and October but very few. Hit us up soon if you'd like to get booked.

None of this is possible without our great customers and word of mouth as we do very little advertising, thank you all!

Amazing Homemade Poutine!

Decided to cook some for my staff tonight, this one is obviously french fries, cheese curds and homemade beef gravy and the additions of sweet Italian sausage, hamburger, mushrooms, onions, bell peppers and jalapeno peppers, super cheesy super thick and Rich, good once in a while but don't have it every night!

This will be on the menu this winter when we have takeout meals to go from our new kitchen. Of course we will have different variations of our homemade deliciousness.

Who loves a good poutine? Who's never had poutine? Who didn't know what the heck poutine was? 😂

Last minute catering for this weekend?

This Saturday is one of ONE Saturday that we have no events or caterings until the end of October and most we have two-three things going on so if anyone needs last minute catering or have a event needing some of the best street food around, hit us up.

Catering in Jefferson/Lewis/St Lawrence Counties!!!

(We have a big crew so we still have a few prime Saturdays left until October, we do multiple events every weekend)

A customer told me recently how nice it is to finally have real smoked barbecue of our quality right here in Watertown and no more trips on 81 heading south to look for it elsewhere.

In case you don't know we now smoke our own Texas style brisket and pulled pork, chicken and more.

We offer barbecue themed caterings to go along with the enormous amount of other things we can have on the catering menu for you. We have some of the best tacos, cheesesteaks, Italian, Mexican and more as well for your special events.

TRUE SMOKED BARBECUE AND PHILLY CHEESE STEAKS TOMORROW AT THE WATERTOWN LOCATION

After a nice long rest from a 13-hour smoke yesterday, our succulent pulled pork is ready.

If you notice you'll see big chunks of pulled pork and you might wonder why we do it that way, it's because when we get ready to serve to the customer we pull it apart as they order that way it stays nice and moist and perfect whereas if we pull it apart and then don't serve it right away it could dry out.

Barbecue day tomorrow at Walmart Watertown and will also be at the Clayton New York antique boat museum for their family fun day both locations roughly 10:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m.

The quality and taste of our own smoked meats are so much better than what we used to purchase from others, come see for yourself! Also try our homemade Smoky Southern Red barbecue sauce and our homemade Carolina gold mustard base barbecue sauces.

At our Walmart location we'll have our smoke brisket smoke pulled pork barbecue bowls with salt potatoes homemade mac and cheese homemade coleslaw and nothing better than a fresh Best of Northern New York lemonade to wash it down!

Sleeping beauties..... And now they rest 😴 💤 😴

This is one of three filled cambro hot boxes that we filled today with a 13-hour smoke of pork butts AKA smoked pulled pork. About 150 lbs of some of the best pulled pork you'll ever have and definitely the best we've ever carried & sold, BY FAR!

We smoked them for about 13 hours and now they'll rest several more hours overnight until we pull them apart tomorrow. The most moist succulent flavorful pulled pork you're going to find around here.

Tomorrow we smoke another hundred pounds of brisket.

We will be serving our barbecue menu at Walmart Watertown New York this Saturday 11:00 until 6:00 p.m. we will have our barbecue bowls which will consist of salt potatoes homemade mac and cheese brisket or pulled pork or some of both homemade coleslaw homemade barbecue sauces and a fork! As well brisket sandwiches pulled pork sandwiches, Philly cheese steaks, Hot Dogs Burger sausages and more!

Thursday Northside at CPAC 518 Davidson Street Watertown but we will be on the Cooper Street side of the building, 11:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. tacos and regular menu public is all welcome to attend

Friday North country orthopedic group tacos and regular menu, public is welcome to attend and we will be on the back side of the building entrance

Saturday we'll be at two locations maybe three one will be Clayton New York and the other Watertown New York details to come soon.

WATERTOWN LOCATION WILL FEATURE OUR BBQ BOWLS WITH OUR OWN SMOKED BRISKET AND SMOKED PULLED PORK, MACARONI AND CHEESE COLESLAW SALT POTATOES AND MORE! CHEESESTEAKS AS WELL! STAY TUNED FOR DETAILS WHEN AND WHERE SATURDAY

A little perspective of Memorial day and more.........

Memorial Day is a day we remember those who fought for our freedoms and in my opinion honor those who currently do as well.

Also, a day to remember those people we all loved and have lost personally.

Without our freedoms we have nothing, we are the BEST country in the World and every day is a fight to stay that way.

Small businesses are the back bone of this country and it is harder than ever to survive owning one, for most.

If you do not give 110% all the time as a small business owner you will not survive long term. This is why you see myself active here and all over most every single day, even in the dead of winter and as a outdoor business that means a lot to our survival as a business.

Today and tomorrow i gave my AMAZING staff the days off. It is a pleasure to hear from them on their days off to let each other and myself hear they are enjoying the sunshine and time off, i always tell each one we are a FAMILY and boy oh boy it sure feels that way today. One is preparing a cookout, one went swimming, another enjoying the day with the kids and so on and so on. We stay in touch all the time.

May was a record breaking month for us and only because of the staff i employ, such awesome people dedicated to what my visions are and all are treated with respect and very appreciated.

Mom/Dad, none of this little thing we call City Dawgz was possible without your sacrifices and parenting for the short time i knew you, my only dream is you could see it for yourselves how we make so many people happy, it literally blows my mind how this community embraces us everywhere we go.

Family, brother/sisters/cousins etc, love you all.

Our customers, what can i say? WE love to serve each and every one of you, have built so many great relationships and making more each week.

Elliott was back at it again today helping my crew where he could and being the most humble person in the world.

Martin's greenhouses in Philadelphia New York we met so many wonderful people and fed them as well.

Morristown New York at the Red Barn Preserve Arts Festival another crew of mine wowed everyone with our new barbecue smoked meats, they told us that people absolutely loved it and we even picked up a catering in St Lawrence County again where we have many coming this season! St Lawrence County loves us and we love them!

And Mia served everyone at Lowe's in Watertown who stopped in for a bite.

Great day great week great month, giving the staff the next couple days off to enjoy the holiday weekend!

St Lawrence County we're back again as we will be many many times this season with events and lots of catering scheduled especially with our new smoked meats!

1) Morristown New York at the Red Barn preserve for the arts festival 10:00 a.m. till 3:00 p.m.

2) Martin's Greenhouses in Philadelphia New York 10:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m.

3) Lowe's in Watertown New York 10:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m.

Full menu to include our smoke pulled pork, cheeseburgers, hot dogs, Italian sausages will all be served at every location, lemonade will be in Morristown and Philadelphia.
