One of my favorite caterings to do is for businesses both big and small and today we were lucky enough to have been hired by Corning Incorporated at their plant in Canton New York.

We fed over 290 amazing employees a wide variety of food such as Philly cheesesteaks, hot dogs, burgers, Tacos and taco bowls, Lasagna , mac salad and they were also treated to the best lemonade around!

If any of you read this thank you it was a pleasure for all of my crew to serve you all today!

My crew, what can I say you're like one big family love you all you exemplify the word teamwork!

Sorry to everybody that stopped by the kitchen in the last few days this week looking for cheesesteaks and subs but we will not be open with the restaurant until at least October when things slow down we're just non-stop with caterings of all kinds as well as events and certain places that we're obligated to set up the food trailers.

Keep an eye out on especially Saturday nights after we're done with our caterings as we may run some great food at really cheap prices when we have leftovers.

Been making homemade bolognese sauce for our lasagna and spaghetti and meatballs for a catering, homemade Alfredo for chicken alfredo, caprese salad and other kinds of delicious homemade salads and so many more amazing cuisines to come all season long. The list is too long to mention here but if you need catering we pretty much do it all!

PSA:

We've had a lot of people ask us about mountain fest on Fort Drum next week and no we will not be there, we have back-to-back days serving businesses up in St Lawrence county in total 600 complete meals.

We love our military and even though we might miss mountain fest this year, we have several caterings on Fort Drum now until the end of the season and beyond, even a Christmas party already planned for a couple hundred people on base.

We will be at the block party next Friday night so come see us!

***Homemade Mac n Cheese and Homemade BLT Pasta Salad for sale tomorrow*** 6/15/2025

Pick up in Watertown NY, afternoon to early evening.

We have a very small catering tomorrow and I cannot cook small amounts anymore so if anybody's interested in homemade mac and cheese or our homemade BLT pasta salad private message us with a pre-order ASAP, pick up tomorrow afternoon hot out of the oven and the salad from the cooler cold and just freshly made.

Full pan, serves approximately 20 entree size servings or 30 to 40 side servings $85

Half pan, serves approximately 8 to 10 entree size servings or 15 to 20 side servings $45

Mac n Cheese, add it topped with smoked pulled pork and homemade barbecue sauce for $20 more on the full size pan or the half size pan for $10 more.

Both last up to 5 days in refrigeration

What a Amazing day today at Martin's Greenhouse & Produce, Philadelphia, NY , such GREAT people own this fantastic business.

If you have never been, you must go see them! TY for having us!

Ashley and Myles were non stop for hours in the hot sun but rocked it! Rob kept them stocked with water and ice for the hundreds of lemonades and Kareem served at Lowes by himself, doing great as usual!

I am blessed with great people who give their all and are passionate to serve great food and provide excellent customer service!

When i started City Dawgz i never set out to become a fulI on catering company nor did i ever care to, it just happened with someone asking us to cater once and it's been a non stop snowball effect ever sense, over 100 caterings last year and looking that way again in 2025.

I am continuously amazed at the # of businesses calling us for caterings, several big ones too that i have never heard of, some in Jefferson County but MANY others in various counties much further away.

Today while booking TWO business caterings with the same company i asked as i usually do, "how did you hear about us" and while many times it's we come recommended by so and so, this one was a little more special, the reply was "you guys are everywhere, no need to look further with so much amazing publicity and reviews, a no brainer"

Businesses, let us cater your company functions whether indoors or outdoors or we will drop everything off to your meetings or summer picnics, we LOVE what we do.

We Cater EVERY POSSIBLE EVENT that needs great food and service, YOU are all our VIP'S

Mobile Food Business in and around Watertown NY

We will be opening soon this spring and will have different locations in Watertown and also are available for catering to ANY event. Our menu will be diverse for catering purposes and our street locations will feature a 100% all beef hot dog, a local favorite Hofmann hot dog, a Sweet Italian Sausage and a Smoked Bratwurst. We will also have many toppings and some homemade ones as well. Our fresh baked hot dog buns compliment the meats wonderfully.
