Andrew Allen is an Ordained Minister with the Universal Life Church. He specializes in solemnizing the relationships of couples wanting to get married. Not everyone has a relationship with a brick and mortar church, so that is where he comes in. Andrew can do religious, or non-religious ceremonies or even informal quick ceremonies that meet legal requirements. Judeo-Christian, Buddhist or New Age ceremonies are all available. He will consult with you to customize the ceremony for your needs.

What about the Rehearsal? The truth is that I almost never go to rehearsals. It's for the couple and the wedding party to know where to stand and who to walk with. The officiant just stands at the altar and watches, so there is really nothing to rehearse. On some rare occasions, the wedding planner/coordinator wants the officiant to be involved in some complicated choreography. I would have to see if I am available once you know the date of course. A Recent Five-Star ★★★★★ Review on Yelp. Choosing a wedding officiant is one of the most serious and important choices when planning a wedding. California Wedding officiant for my San Francisco wedding was a great decision. Andy was very communicative, and he always responded to me quickly. Andy arrived early to the ceremony. Several events and street closures were happening, and he made sure he did what he needed to do to be on time which I greatly appreciate. He is very confident and comfortable with reciting ceremony scripts and is a real pro. He didn't have to stare down at the script the whole time. He was good at making eye contact with the audience and us throughout the entire ceremony. He is also pretty funny and charismatic and knows how to keep the ceremony going and how to ad-lib if need be. He had many suggestions when it came to writing vows and adding poems, and crafting the ceremony script in general. The process was easier than I anticipated. Of course, everyone's wedding script will be custom and tailored to fit them, and he can provide guidance to help you narrow down your ideas and format the perfect wedding ceremony. Make no mistake, he can handle any religion (or lack thereof) that you need. I was happy that he included prayers and scriptures and had several ideas to incorporate. He has a lot of experience with different religions, spiritual practices, and cultures, and he is capable of performing a ceremony that will knock your socks off. He goes the extra mile for all of his clients. Andy genuinely loves what he does, and it shows. He takes his job seriously and has a reverence for marriage. I would 100 percent recommend booking him.
