Had a blast throwing my own two year's birthday party. We did it at fitness center with a bounce house, trampoline, hula hoops, gymnastic mats and yummy foods! I was so busy enjoying the party that not everything was pictured.

Some pics were not posted due to kids privacy as they were playing on the equipment in some! Brooks had so much fun and so did we!

On the tables were small balloon bouquets I made, and my husband 3D printed some cool rockets, astronauts, and animal creatures as party favors! They can also be used as a sensory toy or a stress relief item to use!

Decor & Foods: Toddler Friendly foods including cocktail meatballs and wieners, shredded chicken, cheese sticks, veggies, fruit, crackers, cheese, juice, and cupcakes! Decor was from Amazon and budget friendly!

I got to help out with a last minute pop up surprise party for a family member of the client :) In this situation, they planned every detail and I just executed everything they wanted it to look like within an hour! The surprise and the party was a success!

Fun fact: this was in a private room in the back of a bowling alley. The bonus was having bowling there for entertainment!

Even though the clients hated the green color walls, that did not stop them from having a good time :)

They requested a pop of gold and black for the 50th Birthday party theme! No table design was exactly identical so It brought something unique to each one. It is also kid friendly and leaves enough wiggle room to put their food and stuff on the table. One of their priorities was space to dance and lights for the dance floor!

Cool fact: the glass vases filled with water beads and pearls...if you fill it up with water, the water beads disappear and the pearls look like they're floating :)

(Note: there are drapings that can be rented at different vendors to cover up green walls like this...it was just not in the budget. So you are all aware that it is an option too!)

Announcing a new package for Hannah Pfeifer Events! Sometimes it can be intimidating to hear the words "wedding planner or event coordinator" and the assumption is dollar signs!

That is not true and would love to show off what I offer that makes it less overwhelming. If there is a service, I have not listed, feel free to reach out and I can see what I can do for you! :)

My best friend got married yesterday! I was honored in helping her plan and coordinate what she wanted out of her day! I was also blessed to be in it! They both looked flawless and are so photogenic! It was such a cozy, warm, personal & special day! I am so happy for them.

An enchanting evening in July for a wedding! Frozen/ Disney was the theme! :) It was so fun working on the little details to tie it all together!

Venue: Private Clubhouse in Galion Ohio

Catering: 3 Girls & a Kitchen at Bistro 217 The Food was AMAZING! They were so kind. Great communication and not at all stressful to work with. They know what they're doing and it shows so well!

Day of Coordinator: B.A. Events -she kept the entire evening going so smoothly! Highly recommend for your day of coordination! She's thoroughly experienced!

I feel so blessed to have the chance to get to know this Bride to Be and her family and friends while assisting them with this Bridal shower! Her vision for this event was super

Schools out and it is officially SUMMER!!!

Life update to you all! I just recently came back from a weekend trip to Charleston and have quite a few events coming up soon! Charleston was STUNNING! My back deck we have been working on is so close to being finished and I have been enjoying the summer days with my little one :)

Now, I am so excited to share that I have my own Cricut Machine to do lettering, numbers & more for numerous events as needed!

Spotlight of the week! Partydreams Mercer Co

Check out the “ONE” sign used for my son’s 1st birthday! They have wood stained as well! The lights on it are push ones so your little one can do it themselves🤩🤩👏💞🥹 I am obsessed!!

They also have letters for the word “LOVE” and more decor to suit your needs! They’re are so easy to chat with, work with, and super well mannered! They support other businesses and I have a lot of respect for them! Highly recommend checking out what they can offer you!
