Hannah Pfeifer Events I have been married for four years to my husband, Logan Pfeifer. We have one sweet baby boy named Brooks! We have two dogs, Cece and Lila.

When I am not being a mom or event coordinator, I work with students with different levels of autism and more specifically I work one on one with one of the students 99.9% percent of the time. I absolutely love my job, being a mom and getting to spend time working on my passion. Cece is a corgi and Lila is a mini dachshund.

Even if you cannot make it-you can reach out about putting your info in the goodie bags for brides and couples :) I want all of our local vendors to be recognized for their special business that serve the wedding industry! 🥰 we ALL bring something unique to the table!

Registration deadline is January 25th, 2026 and vendors will be notified January 31st if they have a spot or if they are waitlisted.

Spent over 12 months planning this amazing wedding with this incredibly sweet couple!

From the big ticket items to the little details-it was a blast!

What flowers should we do? 🌹How do we lay out the ceremony space? What’s the best way to set up the reception? Refreshing the desserts, cleaning up trash, stocking up on appetizers..you name it! Anything she needed, she called and she texted anytime. She would bounce ideas off to me, ask me the best places to buy stuff. Was it worth renting out or buying? We worked on timeline so that everything flows together throughout the day. There are so many details each month that we worked through and checked off our list!

When the big day arrived…I already knew what the game plan was. Put that here, set up there! The ceremony went without a hitch! Photos were done with plenty of time and the party got started! 😎🤩🥳

They were so fun and easy going and they are loved by so many! I’m so excited to see their journey as a married couple for years to come!

The arrival of our sweet Vivian has come! She joined us at the very end of September -3 weeks early! We are all doing well and I am ready to get back into it!

I have had a lot of bookings for the next year but I still have some weekends available for 2026! I will be updating my pricing in January, so if you book with me in 2025 for 2026, you'll still get the current pricing with me!

Cheers to the new Mr. & Mrs. Wasserbeck! 🥂

It was so inspiring watching them together as a couple! They just knew each other and their visions for their special day and worked together so fluently along with their family and friends! Fun fact about the decor…over the past year, they collected and found the plates, goblets, bells, napkins and all decor from numerous goodwills or thrift stores or estate sales! I was incredibly impressed with patience and skills to put all this together! 🤩💞

We celebrated and threw a bridal shower for the future Mrs. Thitoff!

Coordinated and planned with the bride to be, her family and friends to make this shower go smoothly! We planned out food, games, prizes, decor, and invitations!

I assisted with trash clean up when opening gifts and organizing her gifts to be packaged into vehicles later with ease!

I cannot wait to see her on her special day! 🥰

What a busy summer!

Congrats to Ashtyn & Adam 07.12.25

What a fun loving couple! Who can argue with getting lots of tacos from Taco Bell for a late night snack and chanting to the Ohio State Buckeyes song all night long with lovely friends and family! They were incredibly fun and looked amazing! Here are some peeks of what the decor looked like!

Things I did as a Day of Coordinator:
-lit candles and plugged in all lights
-greeted and assisted vendors as needed
-fixed decor if needed adjusted
-prepared the champagne glasses for toast
-prepped for cake cutting & cleaned up
-coordinated with servers to serve bridal party and parent tables and for clean up.
-kept the appetizers and desserts restocked
-cleaned trash off tables all night & took out trash
-helped any guests who needed it or made a spill

What a beautiful warm day for a wedding! Not just anywhere, but...their own backyard! With a vibrant dance floor and all their closets friends and family, it could not have been more perfect! Congrats to the Islers!
