you’re Calm, Confident, Grounded and Present - Not only on the Big Day but throughout the months and weeks leading up to. We celebrate love of all kinds and are specifically seeking out clients who are adventurous, down to earth and open to collaboration. As the owner behind every TWS wedding and event, I dedicate myself to each and every client. We create events that are one of a kind, yet always approachable, comfortable, and an experience you’ll love and remember.

Unveiling our new weekly detail series.

Starting out the series, with an eye for design in her home, fashion, and life, Elizabeth had a vision for her wedding from the beginning. As her planners, we helped bring the vision to life through strategic collaboration, sourcing items, creating mockups, and sharing ideas, all while ensuring everything aligned.

These bamboo chairs quickly became a cornerstone design element. As you can see in the photos, they brought warmth and light to the space and elevated the overall design.

We can’t wait to share more details from Elizabeth and Robert’s stunning day at Grandfather Golf and Country Club soon.

Happy New Year from The Whole Shebang Events!

2025 is looking so bright. We cannot wait to see all of the amazing events we have been dreaming up with our clients come to life.

As you hear us often say, our roots run deep here in the High Country because this is our home.

The last week has been filled with heartbreak as we have seen our community devastated by the effects of Hurricane Helene.

Our community is strong and has come together to support one another throughout the storm and in the wake of the aftermath.

We are so thankful to the many of you who reached out via message, email, text, and phone to check on our team and our families. While we have been without a reliable signal and power for days, we are thankful to be safe.

We are also so grateful to a fantastic network of vendor friends who have jumped into action to support our couples whose events have been impacted by the storm to pivot, postpone, and reimagine celebrations that we have been meticulously planning for months and years.

While we are absolutely heartbroken for our couples, the love that has been shown to all of them and to our team is incredibly heartwarming, and we are forever grateful.

We are fixers and straight shooters. We are honest with you - even when it hurts - and are there to have the tough conversations with your vendor partners, renegade aunts and wayward groomsmen so that you don’t have to! We make problems smaller instead of bigger and work to find the most reasonable solutions in the moment.

We customize our staff to specifically fit your event. We are hard working and service industry driven. Our staff come from lots of different backgrounds but what everyone shares is a sparkling personality, rock solid work ethic and a great sense of humor.
