Nature is so wild….. I saw this beautiful green ‘filler’ plant named euphorbia, on my florists group page…. So I looked it up, wow! 🤯….. crazy cool health benefits!

Living off the land today. Research says to harvest this Dead Nettle from your yard and use it and consume it. 👩🏻‍🍳 maybe everyone knows but I didn’t. 🤷🏻‍♀️

Harvest: Cut 2” from the bottom. Rinse if you like. I did. And cook on a really low setting… 265, cook until dry.

Use fresh in salads doctor up with 🍋 dressing, or dry in tea 🫖. They say it helps with inflammation and other health benefits. Enjoy!

If your lilacs fizzle out on you. Recut, beat the ends with a hammer and dip in hot water for 10 seconds. They will re-hyrate.
