Meet Our Founder & Passion Leader!

Buffie kickstarted her career in the experiential marketing industry in 2007 as a brand ambassador. She quickly built long lasting distributor partnerships which then showcased an opportunity to elevate the staffing industry beyond the norm -
by connecting the brand ambassadors to the agencies and the agencies to the brands. She did this through detailed communication we now refer to as the “Forte Way."

We deliver brand marketing engagement results that enhance our clients’ awareness, improve their sales, and foster their growth.

Our commitment to our clients is deeply ingrained in our company culture – and we go above and beyond every day to prove it. It’s been our Forte since Buffie started the company in 2010.

Forte is a 365 day business and for the first time ever we closed for our annual retreat in Montana.

Thank you to our brands, clients and brand ambassadors for allowing us this time to disconnect and being patient with us as we play catch up.

Thank you to Montana for being the most welcoming state we’ve ever visited. We all agree, Montana has the nicest people!

Here is a snapshot of the fun we had and bonds that were made. Disconnecting & resetting is key and we are happy to be back in office and recharged.
