When this bride reached out to us she knew already exactly what style she wanted. An outdoor Ceremony was planned nestled among the English-inspired gardens once visited by John and Jackie Kennedy ; tucked under aged Virginia trees providing shade and androgyny. My team had the ceremony aisle, arch, and cocktail hour spaces set for guests arrival.
Our first guest: late summer Virginia rain.
Following the rain call, our team seamlessly transferred and reset the entire ceremony inside within 15 minutes, and it looked absolutely beautiful.
We design with fluidity and flexibility in mind knowing that at any given time we might need to implement Plan B (or C) in a different environment. The indoor ceremony looked absolutely beautiful. We always design with fluidity and flexibility in mind, knowing that at any given moment we might need to pivot. Because of how we build, we have the absolute confidence that our designs will seamlessly translate from once space/environment to another.
