The teasers are here and A & S's wedding last weekend was one for the books. Torrential downpours and fierce storms swept through the day, yet our couple was nothing but a delight—trusting their vendor team completely and embracing every moment.

Photos were captured outdoors before the skies opened, vows were exchanged under the safety of a tent during the height of the storm, and, as if on cue, the rain cleared just in time for dancing beneath the stars in the courtyard.

They say a “wet knot is harder to untie,” and this day was the perfect reminder that love—and a little trust—always shines through.

Today would have been my parents’ 57th wedding anniversary.

Their love story ended far too soon. I lost my mom when I was still a teenager, but her love, her laughter, and her spirit are with me always. It’s the reason LeslieJames Events carries their names, and why I believe so deeply in celebrating moments with the people we love while we can.

This reel holds some of my favorite photos — my parents, and many other loved ones who are no longer here. A reminder that the real legacy of a wedding isn’t just the flowers or the dress, but the love, family, and memories we carry forward.

At K & M’s March wedding at The Newbury Boston, the ceremony design wasn’t just beautiful. It was deeply personal.

The couple, who were engaged on Commonwealth Avenue beneath the canopy of trees that line the mall, knew from the start that bringing a piece of that moment into their wedding day wasn’t just a wish. It was a non-negotiable for K.

The result was a pair of breathtaking “trees” framing their ceremony, a living reminder of where their story took a new turn.

One of my favorite moments was watching the bride see them for the first time. Her reaction said everything. This was more than décor. It was their story brought to life.

That is the beauty of a wedding that is uniquely yours. It feels like stepping right back into the moment your forever began.
