Don’t miss out on the Union City Christmas Parade!

We are a little over one week until the 2024 Union City Christmas Parade on Thurs., Dec. 5 at 6:30!🎄..
Details to know:
-$10 per vehicle/float (Funds go towards Main Street's mission of revitalizing, enhancing and preserving the downtown district of Union City.)
-Parade Lineup begins at 5 p.m. at Reelfoot Shopping Center.
-Parade begins down First Street at 6:30 p.m.
-You may pass out candy. No throwing from moving vehicles.
-Pre-register online or the day-of the parade.
-Categories for winners include:
---Overall Winner
---Most Creative Float
---Best Decorated Vehicle
---Best Use of Lights

The Obion County Fair would like to announce our 2025 Officers & Directors! The Fair Board meets the second Tuesday of each month at 5:30 p.m. at the Fair Office. Anyone interested in volunteering is encouraged and welcome to attend.

Things are getting rolling here at the Relaxed All Star Event Car Show. Plenty of food vendors offering a wide variety to eat and drink. Lots of unique show cars from all over the US to look at.

The Obion County Fair along with other TN county fairs and the Tennessee Association of Fairs contributed to help those in East Tennessee after Hurricane Helene.

Helping out in a time of need - The Tennessee Association of Fairs along with member fairs recently donated $15,000 to Greene & Cocke Counties to aid with disaster relief after Hurricane Helene.

The 2024 Obion County Junior Livestock Sale was another RECORD BREAKER! For the second time in three years we have topped the OCJL sale record! Tuesday night our amazing livestock buyers and supporters raised $235,309 for our OCJL exhibitors!

We cannot thank this community, our OCJL buyers and supporters enough for the overwhelming support they show for these kids every year. Without them, this program would not be possible. Thank you to all of our buyers and supporters for investing in these young people year after year!

And a huge thank you to all of the volunteers that help make the OCJL Show & Sale happen! It takes a lot of hard work from a lot of people to make this program happen every year, and we've got the best group around!

Truck & Tractor Pull action tonight at the Obion County Fair! It all starts at 7:00 p.m. in the Outdoor Arena! Gate Admission is only $5.00!

Fair calories DON'T count! The weather is perfect and so is the fair food. Such a wide variety pizza, funnel cakes, fried oreos, corn dogs, chicken on a stick and lemonade. Scott's Grill and Vaughn BBQ have booths also. Plenty to choose from.

Thank you to everyone that came to the Farmers Harvest Breakfast. Oakhill Farm was recognized as a Century Farm. Congressman David Kustoff was the featured speaker giving an update on a new farm bill that will be voted on this fall.
