Sold out of just about everything last night, except for Brunswick Stew, a small little portion of Brisket, and some Mac & chz.

Sold more rib sandwiches than rib plates,
[and found out some ppl don't know what gristle is].

The Texas Style Smoke Turkey plates were super on point...gone in 1.5 hrs.

Then, when we got home, I nuked a little pizza for my dinner.
