Veronica has always had a passion for all things creative. Since she was very young she always had a passion for drawing, writing, painting, sculpture and eventually all things cosmetics, body art and beauty. Veronica worked as a makeup artist for Estee Lauder for several years and had been highly involved in freelance makeup artistry & actively practiced special event and wedding makeup since 2003. She was officially “Bridal Makeup” certified in 2005 by one of the leading makeup experts in the bridal makeup industry, Ms. Irina Feygin of IMpeccable iMage, Inc., in Englewood NJ (www.image-and-beauty.com).
Veronica also holds a degree in Applied Science for Fashion Marketing and Management from Berkeley College (2001), a skincare certification in the European skincare lines (Vichy, LA Roche-Posay, NeoStrata, and Eau Thermale Avene) & also has a solid 17 years of experience in fashion merchandising store management where she worked full time managing retail chains until she had her first daughter in 2010. Although she went back to management after leave, she wanted more.
After having her second daughter in 2015, Veronica decided to focus on incorporating her love for painting and body art, with her passion for makeup artistry, which is how Creative Faces by V was born! Veronica has worked so incredibly hard to create an amazing website from scratch, growing instagram and pages and has painted thousands of children and people of all ages in the various events she’s participated. Everything from small private gatherings to packed carnivals, street fairs, and even the NJ Devils 80’s night at Prudential!
She had her third daughter in 2017, and soon after launched her 3D luxury Mink Lash brand Carnival Cosmetics exclusively for purchase on her website at the online webstore. She opened up her services to provide not only face painting party entertainment, but bridal, special event and glamour makeup too, along with tape-in hair extension services and colorful i-tip extensions for all ages, in addition to glitter and airbrush tattooing. In late 2018 she started production of her very first fictional children’s book “Kate’s First Face Paint- A Day At The Fair,” which was released on August 21st 2019. She also actively participated in teaching acrylic on canvas for elementary aged children at a local after school program and hosted several summer camps. She also introduced craft parties as an additional party service. Veronica received a local Mahwah small business award in July 2019, for her accomplishments in the building and growing of her business. Aside from returning to full time store management, she also started writing her second children’s book, and will continue running every aspect of Creative Faces by V.
