I’ve been thinking about this tasty dish.. I’m gonna try a seafood twist w/ Shrimp and crawfish and an Alfredo instead of the marinara. Stay tuned!

Trying a little smoked sensations this gloomy afternoon-
Mr D has been working on these short ribs since Thursday- (seriously) they were in for a 72 hr sous vide bath and are now going into the smoker for 3 hours to finish up-
Smelled already delish! To
Compliment, sending in a batch of sharp mac n cheese w/ tomatoes to the smoker as well- I’ll keep y’all posted!
