Years ago I moved to Florida to work with explorer, diver and spring advocate Wes Skiles. Tuesday evening Porta Serve was honored (including an audio introduction by Bill Kurtis) for our efforts to responsibly impact our North Florida watershed with our operations. This was in addition to our support of a number of Springs advocating organizations. This was the 12th year the Rotary Club of Downtown Gainesville has presented this award in Wes's memory. (One award each year to a for-profit, non-profit and individual, each recognized for water stewardship efforts). Our Market Leader, Tyler Lynch, is pictured with me accepting the Wes Skiles Water Stewardship Award.

We had a strong storm travel through the area Friday morning. Some tornados and high winds. Lots of overturned units. In this case, our hero Ryan got these trailers back in service within two hours of the storm passing. Ryan our (and this farmer's) hero!

We service over 7000 square miles of North Central Florida and believe we need to be a part of every community that supports us. This was the 6th year of supporting the Branford Rotary club and having the high school golf team play with community leaders. Happy to Serve.

Placement of portable restrooms at events can change how crowds flow, vendor sales and help reduce crowding by limiting unnecessary travel through a crowd. We are happy to have contributed an article that will be published in January in the first ever Field Guide to Crowds published by the Global Crowd management Alliance. We will publish a link when it comes out in a few weeks!
