Peace Gender & You -Pink & Blue Project Annual observation of 16 days of activism against women and girls via multi media and community events and year round related programming.

Pink & Blue Violence Gender & You, is a program of the Pink & Blue- Arts for Violence Prevention Project which uses the performing arts, audio and video as catalysts for prevention education. In 2021 the former 2021 podcast and radio program has evolved into a video based program for the web and television

In 2020 with a radio series adapted into a in October and a podcast during 16 Days of Acti

vism Against Gender-Based Violence October 26 to November 10. It features songs from the Pink & Blue Violence Prevention Education curriculum woven together with narration. It replaces the Chant Down Domestic and Dating Violence (CDDV) launched in 2004. This annual event brought together performing artists, poets, activists, educators &survivors,

Our Story

Chant Down Domestic & Dating Violence uses the performing arts, audio and video as catalysts for town hall discussion and education sessions about relationship violence and related themes. This annual event brings together performing artists, poets, musicians, singers, survivors, parenting groups, youth performers and speakers from social service agencies.
