Back with another stunning Hotel Maya wedding, and I already can’t wait for the next one!

My absolute favorite part of this venue is how the sun peeks through the trees, casting the most beautiful sun rays on the outdoor space.

It’s such a dreamy spot to snap a few photos before heading into the reception. And let’s not forget the waterfront views! 😍

What! A! Dancefloor! 🕺💃

If you’re a couple that loves to tear it up on the dance floor or if your guest list is full of party animals, the Hilton Irvine has one of the best setups I’ve ever seen!

And Tracy and Phillip adding their initials right on the dance floor? Absolute perfection.

There’s no denying the fairytale look a horse can add to your wedding photos or how special it feels to have your best dog by your side on the big day. 🐴✨

But let’s talk about the reality of including animals in your wedding. While it can be a dream come true, a little planning goes a long way!

Here are a few tips to make it work smoothly:

🐾 Consider their temperament – Make sure your pet or animal is comfortable around large groups of people, noise, and new surroundings.
🐾 Assign a handler – Designate someone to take care of your furry (or four-legged) friend throughout the day, ensuring they’re fed, hydrated, and calm.
🐾 Plan breaks – Give them plenty of time to rest and get some fresh air, especially if the day is long or hot.
🐾 Check with your venue – Not all venues allow animals, so make sure to get approval and check any restrictions in advance.

With a little preparation, no one—paws or claws—has to miss out on your big day.
