Golly gee California! We just found out another one of our favorite family-owned vendors is leaving the state! Being a business owner in the wedding industry can be challenging to say the least. My grandma used to say “You’re lucky woman if you can count your true lifelong friends on your hand. Find your family love them with all your heart and always be true to yourself and others.”

A quote from one of our terrific brides recently- “Life is messy.” Yes it can be. I had one officiate give an amazing speech addressed to the couple. “Today everything is beautiful and perfect, but the most important thing to remember is that there will be trials and tribulations in all areas of life and how on this day you are committing to one another to be the calm in the storm for one another. Remember the huge love you have for one another even on the days which you do not agree or particularly like one another. Always work on your communication skills, and practice empathy and patience for one another and others in your lives…”
At a young age and for many years I thought I could create order, balance and peace in my life. Well, sometimes/ all the time there things life which is out of our control! Our life has been so messy lately with family trials and tribulations and I am so very grateful for the clients, friends and family which have shown me some grace during this horrendous storm which out life at this time. I love and appreciated you!!
