Just little Saturday hustle! Had a wonderful client ask for a Game Meat Board with all the fixings. So that’s she got! On the board, Lamb Chops, Lamb Sausage, Venison Tenderloin, Venison Sausage, Asian Pork Belly, Waygu Beef Tenderloin, Wild Boar Sausage, Duck Breast, Duck Sausage and Rabbit Sausage. Such a fun catering!!
