This season of gratitude, my heart is full. ❤️ I am blessed to be here, present, and surrounded by my greatest treasures—my four beautiful daughters. I am reminded daily of the importance of love, family, and togetherness.

I am mindful that this day doesn’t represent true happiness for everyone. For many, it is a day tied to painful histories and struggles. I hold space for those stories and the realities they represent, alongside the gratitude I feel for the opportunity to celebrate with my loved ones. I’m also mindful of those who may not have the opportunity to gather with friends or family, and those facing hardships. My thoughts are with you, and my hope is that you find comfort, connection, and kindness in unexpected ways today and always.

To our friends, friends who have become our family, and supporters—thank you for being a part of our journey. May your day be filled with love, laughter, and the warmth of those you hold dear, near or far. 🦃✨

Calypso Kitchen’s Sun Kissed Sauces are all house made and they have been a crowd favorite from the very start. We first showcased these sauces at the Bellingham Farmers Market in 2018 and folks couldn’t get enough of them,
Fire Toasted Tomato Salsa - fire roasted tomatoes enhanced with bold seasonings and aromatics.
Fire Roasted Eggplant Dip - smoky and spicy with rich vibrant flavors
Mango Chutney - sweet, savory, tangy and spicy all pair perfectly with the crisp texture of unripe mangoes

At the moment you can order our saucy soiree through our catering service. However, coming as soon as DECEMBER 1st you can order ANY of our or ALL of our Calypso Dip Delight for Takeout . Order locally through or order for pickup

Coconut Curry Dungeness Crab
Curry Crab, is one of a handful of foods, that to me is the food definition of my birth nationality,🇹🇹. These may not be the Blue Crabs that I grew up familiar with, however , fresh Dungeness Crabs are SPECTACULAR and made even more SPECTACULAR when added into a tasty curry sauce😀
