The Jolly Trolley is a special limited edition mobile snow Cone trolley. This is the only Jolly Trolley in New Jersey and will appear at many local parades and events. The Jolly Trolley is available for private parties and events. This amazing little trolley is registered in NJ as a Classic vehicle and is legal to drive on the street but is usually trailered close to events then driven to the part

y with lights flashing and music playing. We arrive with patriotic music, ringing bells and a police siren that can be heard a block away.
