Portrait week continues, and how could I NOT share this little guy’s portrait with Mom? Visiting from his home in London, this young man gave me a perfect evening of sunset photos with his parents on the beach where we took their wedding photos about 6 years prior.

Way back Wednesday! Is that a thing?
I have a milestone coming up and as I lead-in to that, I’m reminiscing. This is MK+C from 2003 - one of my favorite couples ever! Their wedding was intimate and beautiful and elegant and held at my most favorite place! They didn’t need a trendy label for their wedding - they just wanted a small Sunday wedding.
Given the year, I prob took this photo on Kodak 400VC film. Stay tuned...

I don’t shoot many February weddings, which is a shame because I love winter style. Here’s Leah, a February Medford bride, enjoying her veil along with the brightly colored robes she and her girls wore while getting ready. It was utterly frigid this wedding day, but L+C created (from scratch!) a warm and inviting venue at their family farm. Their wedding is the very first feature in my website Journal - check it out!

Happy Monday!
If you’ve been with me for any amount of time, or if you also follow me , then you know I love getting outside to hike and explore. I live on the edge of so I have loads of space to dive into.
Winter is my favorite time to be outside - I love the chill (no bugs), I love the toasty feel of layers, I love whipping up a hot snack or drink out on trail, and I love the quiet solitude I find on early mornings.

About me...

My name is Christopher and I have been a career photographer since I was 18 years old. I am based in Southern New Jersey, not too far from the Jersey Shore, which happens to be my favorite shooting destination. Wedding photography came naturally to me, with its high energy, constant movement, and the interactions and personalities of so many people. I have photographed weddings as far south as Key West, Florida, as far west as Phoenix, Arizona, and as far north as in Stowe, Vermont. Even when I am not photographing a wedding, you will most likely find me with a packed camera bag not too far away.
