What makes matters worse is the fact this bride told me that it was faster for her with this other DJ when I had responded to her email not more than 5 minutes after I received it.
So that to me makes no sense what so ever.
So from now on all of my email responses will have a list of very specific questions and scheduling a video chat within 24 hours of the email
