I didn’t know it then, but this wedding completely and totally changed my life 🤍
This was my first big floral bridal package. I had made solo bouquets for weddings and other small arrangements. When I talked with Lauren about her wedding at , I wanted to badly to do her flowers. I was insanely nervous, but came up with a plan and placed my orders. I remember arranging them and just having a million thoughts in my head about whether she’d like them, if they fit the vibe, if I forgot anyone, and I just wanted them to turn out nice. Well fast forward to getting this gallery and I completely cried my eyes out. I was stunned over my own work for the first time in my life as an artist, as a wedding industry professional and I felt like I had finally found my calling.
If you are an industry pro who just feels like they haven’t quite found their niche, keep going. Keep working, keep trying new things, keep practicing. When you finally get that feeling, you will know why you’re doing what you do. It is the best thing in the world, to be fulfilled in your work.
