Thursday, August 3, 2023 we're going to Pennsylvania to see the story of Moses at the Sight & Sound Theater. The theater is so big that it can hold about 2,000 people. The theater also has 3 different levels. Every year our customers have enjoyed sitting on the first level which allows us to experience a closer view to the stage, seeing the animals walk in the aisles, the actors/actresses singing or running up on the stage, and so much close experiences. David Becomes King Over Israel

Last year we went to see the story of Queen Esther on Thursday, August 05, 2021 @sightandsoundtheatres. It was an early rise for us. We boarded the bus at 6:45 am. Our driver was Mr. Herndon aka "Maestro", a calm, collective, and fun person to be around. We arrived 30 minutes before the show. That gave us enough time to find our seats, use the bathroom, and take some selfies.
The show was remarkable. So much detail in the costumes, props, stage lighting, and even having trained animals in the aisles and on stage. There was an intermission for a bathroom break, going to the gift shop and food court, and more selfies!
After the show we had 30 plus minutes to take pictures as a group, tour the theater, check out the cool statue in front of the building (Lion & the Lamb) before heading out to shop and eat. Yes, SHOPPING! The Maestro took us to a plaza so that we can shop for some shoes and other goodies. Afterwards, we finally got our meals and ate on the way back to Waldorf, Maryland.
Although, Sambine Events was up at 4:30am to start the day, it was more than worth it. We thank Adventure Tours Bus Company (Acokeek, Maryland) for working with us very patiently to make this trip a success. We thank Chesapeake Conference Youth Ministries for helping us advertise our trip and joining us on this trip. Thank you to Waldorf SDA Church & Baltimore White Marsh SDA Church for allowing us to use their property so that we can pick up passengers at their locations & advertising our trip to their church members.
Most importantly, we would love to say thank you to all of our friends, family, and new customers for supporting our small business.
