Bottles & Ice is a private bartending service based out of Atascadero, Ca. We serve all of San Luis Obispo County, from Paso Robles to Morro Bay to the Five Cities. Some venues include Spreafico Farms in the Edna Valley area of San Luis Obispo, Higuera Ranch in San Luis Obispo, Spanish Oaks Ranch in Santa Margarita, and Dancing Deer Farm in Paso Robles. Our favorite event of the year was this past weekend! The annual fundraising event for the A to Z Foundation, benefitting veterans, terminally ill children and adults, and disabled children and adults.

Before the live auction begins, they honor any veterans in the room and give a special gift to any purple heart recipients. For two years in a row, our bartender Adrian, a retired Marine, has been the only purple heart in the room. I've been friends with Adrian for almost 10 years, and it brings me to tears every time I witness this 💜

Here at Bottles & Ice, we support all first responders and all military! 🇺🇲

We are now entering the best time of the year! My family and I are excited for the holiday season this year. We have so many things to be grateful for, starting with a 7-day trip to Hawaii that we were gifted by friends and family. My sons and I have never been, so we're very excited.

Last night's event was a little different. We bartended only welcome drinks for annual fundraiser. The venue was providing beer and winery service, but they wanted an "elevated" welcome hour. And, well, we sold out of everything, down to the last drop! The guests loved the drinks, the weather was amazing, and my assistant was pretty great 🥰 Overall all a beautiful day for such a wonderful organization!

Seven years ago today, I had the pleasure of working with a girl who had just moved back to the area. I needed an assistant bartender, and she was available. Little did I know, she would become a crucial part of my team.

Tanya, I know you're no longer with us, but I know you're looking down on us every day. We miss you. I'm so grateful for the photos we took together. It helps keep you close to my heart!

The joy was to know him and call him my friend.

My team and I are mourning the loss of this great man. We are heartbroken. DJ Bob was truly the best. He never had a negative word to say and gave the best hugs.

Bob, we'll think of you every time we serve a Diet Coke. Rest easy, friend. Watch out for all of us down here ❤️

I know times are tough right now, but please stop low balling your vendors or try to tell them what YOU think they should charge.

Do you walk into a restaurant and argue with your server about the menu prices? No, you don't. You pay what they charge or you eat somewhere else.

Just remember, when you're inquiring with potential vendors, behind all these small businesses are real people with real families and real employees working for them who also have real families.
