The most perfect is when I had the most amazing opportunity to compete on the !! Not only did I compete, but I made it to the very end. I was only one month into this giant leap of faith. Changed careers to start my culinary adventure and it has really been just that! I thought 9 years ago was the best professional milestone I will ever receive, but that was literally just the beginning!! I never stoped believing and will never stop believing. I LOVE WHAT I DO ♥️ ❤️

Mojo rubbed chicken thighs on top of peppers and onions with fresh lime juice and cilantro….put on top of rice, in a tortilla, or room temp on a bed of greens. So yum 😋 ♥️

In honor of Best of Westchester 2025 Party tonight, I wanted to remind everyone who took home the Reader’s Choice Best of Westchester 2024 Personal/Private Chef title last year!!!! It was literally THE BEST night and I congratulate all of the BOW 2025 winners for tonight!!! Don’t worry we may not be there this year, but we’ll be back next year I just know it ♥️
