The last 3 or 4 years has defintely had a few growing pains for my little business. With life throwing a few nasty curve- balls along the way.
I've missed watching the little ones grow up, making special family connections and sharing in some truly magic moments! I am making lots of new and fun changes and hope to see everyone again soon.
I've reached out to some asking how to improve and make things even better and over the next few months please watch the page to see special events and other fun happenings.
I've also reached out to local photographers to get suggestions and with them and my past clients suggestions there are now some new guidelines in place.
1. Deposits on sessions are now required ( 50%) and need to be paid at time of booking. Sessions are to be paid in full at time of session.
This is due to the very high number of cancelations and no shows. ( please cancel prior to 24 hours of your session to transfer your deposit to another date if you do not show or cancel within that time your deposit is forfeited
2. Please schudule times that work best for your childern. Tired, sick, hungry or grouchy childern are more challenging and I'd like to give you the best side of them has possible. ( if your child is sick it might be wise to reschudule) please also bring items needed for your child such has diapers, bottles, pacifiers, sippy cups, small snacks, favorite toy ect.
3.Please only bring the persons being photographed to the session. This causes less distractions and enables the photographers to engage with everyone much easier.
4.Please be sure to communicate with the photographer how many are being photographed, breakdowns and combinations desired, ages of childern. Request such has backdrops and props and YOUR ideas of your expectations of how you would like your session. This enables the photographer to be prepared and plan ideas as well. Please work with the photographer to plan out a consultation sheet to help plan your session.
5. 1 flashdrive is Inclyded in your session fee. Additional drives are 10.00 each. Replacement flashdrives are also 10.00.
6. We love including pets and they are always welcome, however there is an additional 25.00 fee to add in a pet to your session in the studio (at this time outside sessions will not include a pet fee)
7. We are happy to mail flashdrives. Please be SURE to include complete address including box or apt # and zip code on consult forms. It is an additional 5.00 to mail them.
8. Due to the large # of posting on business pages on social media sneak peeks will be limited to 4 to 8 images. These are considered sneak peeks and while I understand people like to share entire albums, I need to limit the sizes of albums to continue posting and sharing on my business page.
9.Turn around times. Please allow 14 days to receive your flashdrive. ( this may change slightly during peek times or for large events and will be communicated to you at time of session. We will try our hardest to have to you as quickly has possible. If there is a time you need them by please communicate this at time of booking.
