VIBRATION:
We are a dance program that encourages women from all walks of life to embrace their sexuality and build self-confidence.

Dance team VIBRATION is a professional stand out performance by talented dancers that touched the heart of JENIFER LOPEZ at WORLD OF DANCE and traveled around the world with multiple shows. Our dance programs have 2 way of developing each person:

1. HEALTHY STYLE OF LIFE:
Dance is a magic that gives the power to look great, feel amazing , be strong, learned something new while having a good time

.

2. PROFESSIONAL PERFORMANCE:
From dance classes, as a hobby, each women can grow to a professional dancer. Its not just technical moves, that you should have or probably learned as a child, Its a combination of your own energy, passion and personality with dance experience. OUR COURSE : Dance N Heels
This is a 3 month Course (8 Sessions per month, 2x a week). Each month our VibeGirls will learn one full dance, clean the moves till its perfect, dress up and do a video shoot during a fun party with drinks, music and of course dancing. Description of the class.

• CARDIO WORK-OUT is an intro of the class to build a strong and healthy body. The goal is to sweat for the sexy tricks in heels.

• LINE SEXY WALK with basic dance moves including walking, vogue, latin style, hip-hop and jazz. All these moves are an important part of the dance class, that helps ladies to feel each part of their body, learn different styles, feel comfortable in the clubs or any social events.

• CHOREOGRAPHY- is the main part of the class. The moves are unique, sexy and easy to follow.

• STRETCHING - last piece of the class that develop splits, bag lines, relax the body and the mind.
