A live action immersive story walk through the kingdom of Winterland, where the pages of the book are brought to life by our actors and guests are invited to participate in the storyline.

Halloween IS happening!

We are so happy to report that Asheville Plays has been working very hard the past several days to salvage our show and we WILL be able to open for the 2024 season! The show will look different than we had anticipated before Helene came into the mix, but we know how badly the kids and families of our beloved area will need an outlet for fun and happiness. We know the artists will need to preform, our amazing sponsors will need a chance to have their local business back in the eyes of the community, and of course we are so excited to continue our mission to raise as many meals as possible for MANNA FoodBank!

Asheville Plays holds all of WNC in our hearts. At this time, we are helping our neighbors and focusing on recovery efforts in our community. We are so glad to report that our team members are all safe and accounted for. As far as our upcoming events, and the other services offered by our small business, everything is on hold. We have hope in our hearts and can’t wait to play together again soon. Please volunteer if you can, wherever you can. Please support small businesses, and please never give up hope.

🏴‍☠️Pirates of the Caribbean opened at Florida’s Magic Kingdom on 𝗗𝗲𝗰𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝟭𝟱, 𝟭𝟵𝟳𝟯, marking one of the park’s earliest significant expansions following its 1971 grand opening. Despite initial reluctance from Imagineers to replicate the attraction from Disneyland, overwhelming requests eventually persuaded them to relent and grant the public their desire for the immersive pirate experience. 😃
