JYP is building our list of experienced associate photographers to call as needed to help photograph events and portraits. Some photo editing may be needed as well. You will need your own equipment. Please email your resume and portfolio to [email protected].

This is an event-by-event basis when we need a third photographer, photo assistant or if one of us can't be there. During peak seasons, an additional editor may be called as well.

I’m so grateful and blessed for all that the Lord has provided. The past week and a half of work has included a Hawk Trot, 3 dinner parties, Santa, Adopt-a-Marine putting contests, kids camp, 4 family portrait sessions, a vetranarian office, and a 3 day conference. My various office views while working onsite over the past week... Great is His Faithfulness!

I know we don't post very much, but that doesn't mean we haven't been busy. Here's a few highlights from 2022 in 60 seconds (because that is all IG allows us). A huge thank you to Hayley Tice and Nicole Hughes for contributing to an awesome year for us! I feel incredibly blessed for these opportunities and to be able to "Make my passion my career so that it doesn't feel like work".

Cheers to 2023! It's only getting better!

I feel truly blessed to have the job that I do. I love it! This weekend has been full of great artists and musicians at the Rancho Mirage Celebration of Arts Festival, plus an evening at the fabulous Reserve country club for their opening gala. I just can’t complain when I get paid to spend the day in perfect weather, mingling with people, taking in great art and music and a beautiful sunset.

It was such a pleasure meeting these 2 talented artists, and . Hearing about their background, their inspirations and the concepts behind their art was a bit of fresh air and a reminder to have fun with our craft, to explore, and never stop looking at our surroundings with a new perspective. Be sure to visit them at the upcoming Rancho Mirage Festival of Arts on November 5 & 6th! Thank you and for the opportunity to photograph and feature them in the October issue. Is there any better summer wedding than on the beaches of Cancun, Mexico?! Hadassah and Joel’s wedding was vibrant with an infectious energy that kept every person (even the 90 year olds!) on the dance floor til the very last song. •

Anyone else feel like summer is racing by too quickly? I dream of the days in childhood when summer was all about pool days, vacation, camping, and all around relaxation and fun.

It is hard to believe that this munchkin turns 1 tomorrow! I love this family! It has been such an honor and joy to watch them grow and photograph each stage of it. It’s not work anymore, it’s building friendships.
