Yes you can hire full planning for $2,500!
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
But, would you work 250+ hours hosting and scheduling meetings, creating floor plans and timelines, meeting with vendors, requesting quotes, being a therapist, waking up early, staying up late, standing on your feet 12 - 17 hours, educating clients and vendors on how to use automated systems, advocating on behalf of your clients, managing client, guest and vendor expectations, putting out small fires, managing unexpected mishaps, managing multiple personalities, conducting rehearsal, thinking outside the box, coming up with creative alternatives, managing wedding day logistics, managing and training staff, scouting venues, attending walk throughs, etc., etc., etc., for $10 an hour?👀

I'm pretty sure you wouldn’t want to put in that much work for low wages, so why do you expect Wedding Planners to?🤦🏽‍♀️

So to answer your question, yes there are Planners albeit, inexperienced who will work for low wages to gain experience.😊

Here’s 3 main reasons why some couples are hesitant about paying an experienced Planners rate:

1. You’re not versed in how much time goes into planning a beautiful and stress free event or the labor costs.
2. Time is an intangible aspect of a wedding that is often not disclosed in the cost.
3.. You don’t see the value in the intangible return on your investment -

Having a wedding is not a necessity, it’s a luxury experience and luxury costs $$$.
