Today, Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Day has been a day of reflecting, celebrating, and honoring such a GIANT, LEADER, and HERO.

I would be remiss without celebrating the birthday and honoring a GIANT, LEADER, and HERO in my life; my grandmother Lucille Noble .

Dea, is not only the ignitor of my culinary journey but the inspiration of 116 Noble . Thank you for your endless sacrifice, your commitment to daring us to dream, and encouraging us to believe all things are possible.
