Catered a 50 person celebration of life. Four different tea sandwiches - curried egg salad, peanut butter and bacon, ricotta and orange marmalade and pesto chicken with grape tomatoes. Also did salmon chimichurri bites, ground turkey lettuce wraps with zucchini, jalapeño, radish, scallions, mango and mint leaves, a homemade Parmesan cup filled with spring salad and Vietnamese veggie spring rolls.
Catering client wanted tea sandwiches for their Mom’s 90th birthday lunch. Rainbow veggie wraps in spinach tortillas with green goddess dressing and pesto chicken on baguette with grape tomatoes. Not pictured are chickpea salad sandwiches and apricot Brie mustardo with arugula on baguette.
Catered a 70 person event for an 80th birthday party in Petaluma CA last night.
Carrot purée with micro greens, banana muffins, purple cauliflower gratin, risotto with mushrooms, asparagus and Parmesan cheese.
Catered a 55 person baby shower today. Used tangerine jam, sun dried tomatoes, ricotta cheese, my homegrown micro greens, apples, arugula, meats and cheeses and zucchini - not all in the same dish but in some way, shape or form.
Dinner for forty guests tonight.
