When I started Steele Magnolia Events almost 6 years ago I had no idea where to begin. Running a small business is not for the weak, it’s a lot of trial and error. Lucky for me I have met some of the most incredible ladies that have been with me through all of the seasons of this business.
This weekend my very first intern got married and it was the most pure and precious time. Hayley is also the owner of the upstate location. I have watched her grow from intern to boss and I’m so proud.
I’m proud of every one of these ladies. They have stayed by my side and I have been able to mentor them is so many aspects. I have to brag a little about their accomplishments—
One owns her own social media company AND works for a venue as the marketing coordinator
One works for NASCAR
One works for a venue in Texas
One is the operations manager, Cayce wrangler and lead planner for Steele Magnolia Events

All of my babes have so much potential and Steele magnolia wouldn’t be who we are without them. I love all my little babes so much!
