Grant Recital Hall at Brown University The newly-renovated Grant Recital Hall opened in January 2007.

The refurbished facility, designed and overseen by Brian Healy Architects in Boston, MA, boasts a larger lobby and reception space, a grander entrance, and a more generous green room for performers. The Brown Jazz band, chamber music ensembles, the Ghanaian drumming ensemble, the Javanese Gamelan ensemble, and solo performers from the Applied Music Program all perform at Grant many times over the course of a semester.
