The dream came alive in 2010! Ken Tsang wanted to perfect his craft as a culinary apprentice. Once a month, Ken opened his house to 8-12 close acquaintances, and cooked them a 5-course meal. From intimate dinners for two, to large scale corporate events, we pride ourselves in our versatility. Each client has a specific need, and our job is to meet those demands. We understand food allergies, health diets, and cultural culinary practices and our custom menus are created with our client's preferences in mind. Everyone is different, that is why no menu is the same. On top of serving outstanding food, we believe hospitality and service is the most important key for a successful event.
