Since @pearljam has a song as part of the NHL playoffs this year. And the last time the @nyrangers won the cup was 1994 when they won the presidents trophy.

K-Coast Surf Shop: Cape Charles, VA Surfing
One of the coolest events from last summer was K-Coast Surf Shop's Day on the Bay in Cape Charles, VA. While the bay isn't exactly known for it's waves, K-Coast helped make their own with the help of some boats and their wake to give surfers, families and more the opportunity to give surfing a try on the Eastern Shore. It was a fun day of friends, family, sunshine, waves, and good times.
Plus, they showed some of the footage from the day at the park that night to celebrate. It was a good time had by all.

OWNBX: OWN Real Estate in the Outer Banks
Having the opportunity to do commercial videography for companies like OWN Real Estate is great because you get to be part of a lot of the marketing of new ventures, new avenues, or highlighting things that not necessarily everyone knows about. When we made the OWNBX video, we wanted to showcase the North Carolina Realtors that are part of their company that hold their license in the Outer Banks, but more than that, are part of the OBX community.
We got together to tell the story of some of the individual agents that work there, and highlight the beautiful area that a lot of people call home and even more people aspire to be part of.

Jon Elliott from Creoteric Commercial Real Estate is more than a commercial real estate agent and has done so much more in his career. He's also one of the nicest, coolest people with some of the best stories about the things he's accomplished in life that you'll ever meet. He works really hard - first for the Virginia Beach Fire Department, and then as a commercial real estate agent.
One of the coolest parts about making this video was getting to meet the people that know him and hear the stories that they've had about what it's been like to work with him, grow up with him, and watch him grow up. We made it to commemorate Jon's retirement from the Fire Department and talk about all the hard work that he's been doing while being both a leader in the Fire Department and operating his own commercial real estate brokerage.
