Responsibilities:

- Assist in the creation and arrangement of beautiful floral displays for various occasions, such as weddings, events, and everyday bouquets.
- Learn about different flower varieties, their characteristics, and proper care techniques.
- Collaborate with our experienced floral design team to bring clients' visions to life.
- Provide excellent customer service by understanding clients' preferences and delivering personalized floral solutions.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization within the floral design area.
- Embrace opportunities for continuous learning and improvement.

Requirements:

- No prior experience in floral design is necessary. We are looking for individuals with a genuine interest in flowers and design who are eager to learn and develop their skills.
- A strong sense of creativity and an eye for aesthetics.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work with precision.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with team members and interact with clients.
- A positive attitude, willingness to take on challenges, and a passion for delivering exceptional floral arrangements.
