1. What if I can’t find my tickets?
We can look your ticket up by your purchase name. If you can’t find your tickets after checking your spam/junk folder, message us and we'll resend your confirmation.
2. How early can I arrive?
You can arrive as early as Wednesday at 4:00 pm EST at no additional cost!
3. Are day passes available?
Yes! They cost $80 for adults and $60 for kids. Day passes will be available at the gate. There will be a separate parking section for all those with day passes. Passes are good from 7:00 AM until 12:00 am on the day of arrival. All cars remaining in the lot after 1:00 AM will be towed.
4. Is it camp by car?
Yes, all camping is camp by car at no additional cost!
5. Are we allowed to have fires?
Yes, small fires are allowed in above ground devices.
6. Can I sell my tickets?
Yes, you can sell your ticket if you are unable to make it.
7. Is PlayThink kid friendly and do they need a kids tickets?
Yes, PlayThink prioritizes a family-centric environment. There are many families and is an atmosphere for all ages. Kids 5 and under are free and those wristbands are available at the gate upon arrival.
8. When does the music start? When does it end?
Music starts at 8 pm on Wednesday and ends at 2:00 Saturday night.
9. Can I bring my dog?
No, we do not allow animals on site. If bringing a service animal, you must register it upon arrival.
10. Are there showers on site?
Yes, there are 3 women’s and 3 men’s showers and flushing toilets and running water sinks.
11. Can I bring glass bottles?
No. Glass and bare feet don't mix.
