We are heartbroken to convey that last night our dear friend and colleague, Carl Bendix passed peacefully on to his next adventure. Co-creator, along with David Corwin of Ambrosia Caterers, Carl was a pioneer in the event business; a visionary, inspiration and mentor to us all. Carl mastered the fusion of food, style, hospitality, laughter and friendship. For those of you who weren’t inspired directly by Carl’s creativity, gregarious nature and big heart, you may well have been part of many of his protégées’ journeys in special events, the culinary arts, design, business, healing arts, and beyond. He leaves behind a long list of friends and family who he treasured, and well-loved pets who were his true children. Carl is now dancing with the angels and buddhas while his stories, his grace, his generosity, smile and laughter live on - especially whenever two or more “Ambrosites” get together. Dear Carl, we will hold you deep in our hearts and your story lives on through us. We love you.

We had a lot of fun creating and producing this immersive Emissions Bar in collaboration with .green . Fortesque Future Industries (FFI) is a global green energy company committed to producing zero-carbon green hydrogen from 100 percent renewable sources. The emissions from green hydrogen production are water and oxygen, which inspired our infused H2O and O2 Emissions Bar. Guests relaxed in the Oxygen Lounge, enjoying pure oxygen in a variety of exotic aromas: Lime Bamboo, Zen, Uplifting, and Relax. Next stop, to our talented Water Mixologists for one of their signature infused water flavors: Marvelous Mint, Jolly Juniper, Lovely Lemongrass, or Robust Rosemary.

The TELACU Education Foundation has and continues to invest in the lives of thousands of first-generation Latinx students from underserved communities. It was a great honor to produce the 38th Annual TELACU Building the Dream Virtual Gala! Proceeds from the Building the Dream Gala support another 2,000 young people as they graduate from high school, earn their Bachelor’s, Master’s, JD, MD or PhD, and launch their promising, successful careers. We are so appreciative to have taken part in such an inspiring event!

We are still reminiscing about the fabulous & special evening that was the G’Day AAA Arts Gala. It was an absolute honor to produce this spectacular event once again, honoring the superbly talented & , , and Rising Star for their artistic accomplishments that have strengthened and advanced the American-Australian relationship.

Plus, funds raised through the Gala support the American Australian Association and its Arts Fund, which provides funding for emerging American and Australian artists to study or undertake artistic development in each other’s countries respectively. A more than worthy cause!

Not to mention incredible performances by , and , impeccable hosting by Waleed Aly, and a plethora of amazing, star-studded presenters and guests. What a night! ✨

MORE 94th Annual Oscars Governors Ball! The spectacular dinner featured groundbreaking collaboration including Ghetto Gastro’s signature “Cornbread, Crab and Caviar” and “Fried Chicken,” and Wolfgang Pucks famous “Truffle Chicken Pot Pie” and “Gold Chocolate Oscars.”
