From a sunlit ballroom to a candlelit dinner that pulled guests straight into the drama, this day didn’t follow just one mood. It moved.

A beautifully authentic Paebaek ceremony for our couple M&A. Hosted the evening before their wedding, surrounded by their family and wedding party.

In a world that feels increasingly divided, moments like these remind us why inclusion matters. Honoring heritage, embracing diversity, and learning from the beauty of different cultures not only inspires us creatively, it strengthens our shared humanity.

One of the most exciting parts of producing our corporate client’s 30th Anniversary was keeping a lineup of world-class talent completely under wraps until the moment they hit the stage.

The reveal opened with a set from brilliant comedian Whitney Cummings, followed by performances from Steven Tyler & Joe Perry of Aerosmith, Robin Zander of Cheap Trick, Matt Sorum of Guns N’ Roses, and Chris Robinson of The Black Crowes, all of whom brought the house down.

From artist relations to seamless production, Madix & Co. loved orchestrating the details that made this surprise reveal such a defining moment of the night.

Like this one with a garden of sugar flowers handmade by the bride’s best friend, talented owner of . The flowers were so realistic they blended seamlessly with the fresh blooms, leaving guests doing a double take.

When a fire evacuation advisory hits the night before your wedding… this is where experience, trust, and relationships matter most.Within hours, we had a new floor plan, vendor team aligned, a backup venue on hold, and revised logistics ready to roll. Ultimately, the couple stayed onsite (calm) because we had every contingency covered.You don’t just hire a wedding planner for timelines and tablescapes.
