Yesterday was a terrible day. My dad passed. He has been very sick. But he fell in the bathroom and they could not recover him. He loved his family with everything he had. Especially these girls. They were everything to him. He will be missed beyond words. I don't know how the following days will be but I know they won't be easy without him.
Long post. Dad has cancer. Went to the docs today to find out exactly and he has multiple Lymphoma they say treatable but have to be aggressive because it started 3 months ago. I have been going to a lot of appointments with them and the docs asked if I can keep all their meds straight. On top of that their pipes busted in the house last Christmas and through all the insurance back and forth the construction is finally done. Their entire bottom floor of the house had to be packed up. If you know my mom and dad that means 60 years of their stuff + 80 years of their parents stuff is sitting in boxes from floor to ceiling throughout their house. So I am helping along with Kalyn unpack everything. On top of that they turned the water on and a pipe in the wall busted so now the upstairs is getting a similar treatment. Anyway, all this to say if I am slow on emailing back or hard to get a hold of for a few days this is what I am up to. I am organizing all of the footage from the last month of weddings to get to my editor. I was editing everything but with all of this I just can't right now. He is fantastic and edited almost evening for us last year. Okay the end.

We are asked all the time how many hours you need for your wedding. I can tell you if you book 6 hours you most likely will not get any and these fun photos.
We recommend 8 hours for a full day. 10 hours sometimes leaves us sitting there watching you each lunch awkwardly. 8 hours is what we have found as the sweet spot for a full day!

These moments are special and our memories are fleeting. Documenting your wedding day in a film is the best way to remember the emotion, laughter, excitement, and anticipation on your wedding day. We want you to have a Front Row seat to your own wedding.
I have a beautiful baby girl who is incredibly strong. She was in the NICU for 69 days before coming home. Her time in the NICU pushed me to make wedding films my full-time business. This allows me to be present in her life and here for my brides full time.
Family is why I do this.
