While this ain’t Texas, it might taste like it.

Our most requested item and menu staple is our smoked brisket. Served with a piece of white bread and other rustic classic sides, our brisket is trimmed and seasoned and then smoked for 16+ hours on an off set smoker over a live fire of local Michigan fruit woods and charcoal, a smoke profile that reminds locals of Michigan summer. While this ain’t Texas it’s as good as!

Come visit at every Thursday night starting at 530pm and taste for yourself!
